Dangerous Exercises for Diabetics
Although exercise is of vital importance to any diabetic, there are particular exercises, like weight lifting or even pulling heavy objects, that are dangerous for diabetics. Generally, exercises that require strength rather than endurance are to be avoided partially or completely because they raise the blood sugar level and the blood pressure.
